Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Access

THEASTROLOGIST provides access to digital astrology content, personalized readings, spiritual guidance, educational resources, AI-powered features where available, and related digital services on a subscription basis.

The subscription is for personal use only and may not be transferred to third parties, shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

By purchasing a THEASTROLOGIST Plan, you receive access to all digital content currently available within your selected subscription plan, as well as any new content, readings, educational materials, or digital features added during your active subscription period.

Your access remains available only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

THEASTROLOGIST may add, remove, update, replace, or modify readings, educational materials, recommendations, AI-powered features, and other content available through the Service at any time. Your subscription provides access to the content available during your active subscription period but does not guarantee that any specific content will remain available permanently.

Your subscription grants access to digital content only. It does not transfer ownership of any astrology readings, spiritual guidance materials, recommendations, software, AI-generated content, documents, images, intellectual property, or other materials available through the THEASTROLOGIST platform.

2. By Purchasing a Subscription, You Agree to the Following Terms

2.1 Recurring Payment

You authorize recurring payments according to your selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan’s billing schedule.

Depending on the subscription plan selected at checkout, your subscription may include a discounted introductory period, trial offer, or promotional access period followed by recurring billing every 30 days.

2.2 Payment Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all payments unless you cancel or modify your subscription as outlined in the cancellation policy below.

2.3 Subscription Access

Subscription access is provided through the THEASTROLOGIST member platform, account dashboard, or member area.

While your subscription is active, you receive access to all digital content included in your selected subscription plan, including:

• personalized astrology readings;
• spiritual guidance content;
• educational materials;
• digital resources;
• downloadable files;
• AI-powered features, where available;
• any future content made available during your active subscription period.

2.4 Continuous Access

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it, your payment method fails, or THEASTROLOGIST terminates your access according to these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Service, or other applicable policies.

3. Becoming a Subscriber

3.1 The subscription begins upon purchasing a THEASTROLOGIST Plan.

The customer receives access to the THEASTROLOGIST member platform, account dashboard, or member area, where they can use the digital content included in the selected subscription plan.

This may include access to:

• personalized astrology readings;
• birth chart insights;
• spiritual guidance materials;
• educational resources;
• digital tools and content;
• AI-powered tools and recommendations, where available;
• any new content added during the active subscription period.

3.2 The customer agrees that THEASTROLOGIST may offer a discounted introductory period before the regular subscription begins.

By purchasing a THEASTROLOGIST Plan, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription service.

Trial pricing, one-time initial payment: $5, $9, $13, or $17.67.

After the trial period, the monthly THEASTROLOGIST subscription is $59 every 30 days.

The exact price, billing cycle, trial period, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Your payment may appear on your bank statement as “THEASTROLOGIST,” “THEASTROLOGIST Plan,” or another billing descriptor connected to THEASTROLOGIST or its payment processor.

4. Content Delivery

Subscription content is delivered through the THEASTROLOGIST member platform, account dashboard, member area, and, where applicable, through the email address provided during registration or purchase.

The THEASTROLOGIST Plan provides access to digital astrology content and related services, including:

• personalized astrology readings;
• spiritual guidance content;
• educational materials;
• downloadable documents and resources;
• AI-powered features, where available;
• other digital content or platform features made available to active subscribers.

The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that their account details, email address, login credentials, and payment information are accurate and up to date.

5. Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, if available, or by contacting us at hello@theastrologist.ai.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before the next renewal date.

If you do not cancel before the trial period, introductory period, or current billing period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the applicable recurring subscription price until cancelled.

If the subscription is cancelled after renewal, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved under the applicable Money-Back Policy.

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Account settings: Log in to your THEASTROLOGIST account and follow the cancellation instructions, if available;
• Email: Contact us at hello@theastrologist.ai;
• Payment platform: Log in to your Stripe account or other applicable payment platform and follow the cancellation instructions, if applicable;
• App Store or third-party platform: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, you must cancel your subscription through that platform’s subscription settings.

THEASTROLOGIST cannot cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms on your behalf unless the applicable third-party platform allows us to do so.

6. Automatic Renewal

Upon purchasing a THEASTROLOGIST Plan, THEASTROLOGIST or its payment processor will automatically activate your subscription.

Subscription payments will recur according to the billing plan selected during checkout.

For introductory subscription offers, the customer pays the price displayed at checkout for the introductory period. If the customer does not cancel before the introductory period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular subscription price disclosed during checkout and continue until cancelled.

The exact renewal amount, billing interval, and subscription terms are displayed before completing your purchase and may also be confirmed in your purchase confirmation, email receipt, account dashboard, or payment confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

THEASTROLOGIST provides immediate access to digital content through a subscription service. Because digital content becomes available immediately after purchase or activation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved under the applicable Money-Back Policy.

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but will retain access to subscription content until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

After the subscription ends, access to astrology readings, spiritual guidance materials, educational resources, AI-powered features, and other digital content included in the subscription will no longer be available.

7.2 Refunds

If a customer is dissatisfied with the selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan, they may request a refund review by contacting hello@theastrologist.ai.

Refund Conditions

In addition to any refund rights provided by applicable law, you may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You purchased directly through our website;
• A money-back guarantee was expressly offered to you at checkout for your selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan;
• Your request relates to the initial purchase of the selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan and not to renewal charges, recurring rebills, subsequent subscription periods, or charges processed because you did not cancel before the applicable renewal date;
• You contact us by email at hello@theastrologist.ai within the applicable refund period after your initial purchase;
• You followed the selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan for at least 7 consecutive days;
• You provide sufficient evidence that you followed the plan in accordance with the requirements described in the Money-Back Policy;
• Your refund request is sent from the same email address used to purchase the plan, or you otherwise provide sufficient information for us to verify your account.

We may ask you to provide: proof of purchase; the email address associated with your THEASTROLOGIST account; screenshots from your THEASTROLOGIST account, dashboard, or member area; details about the issue experienced while accessing the THEASTROLOGIST platform or subscription content; and any additional information reasonably necessary to verify your refund request, account activity, plan usage, purchase details, or eligibility.

We will review your request and notify you by email whether your request has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law.

How to Show You Followed the THEASTROLOGIST Plan

To help us review your refund request, you may be asked to provide evidence showing that you followed the selected THEASTROLOGIST Plan for at least 7 consecutive days.

You can demonstrate that you followed the THEASTROLOGIST Plan only if:

• You send us screenshots from your THEASTROLOGIST account, dashboard, or member area showing that you followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days and completed all required lessons, steps, sessions, readings, or plan activities during that period.
• Evidence must be sent by email to hello@theastrologist.ai from the email address associated with your purchase.

IMPORTANT

Please note that only fulfilling the above requirements may entitle you to a refund under the applicable Money-Back Policy.

For clarity, the refund policy does not apply in situations including, but not limited to:

• you forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed;
• you changed your mind;
• you purchased the wrong plan by mistake;
• you do not have enough time to follow or use the Service;
• you find the THEASTROLOGIST Plan too difficult or too easy;
• you expected different content, features, readings, or results;
• you no longer wish to continue using the Service;
• you have previously received a refund under this policy;
• you fail to follow the Money-Back Policy procedure;
• you fail to provide sufficient supporting evidence;
• you refuse to comply with reasonable instructions from our Customer Support team;
• you purchased based on incorrect assumptions;
• you simply changed your mind for non-technical reasons;
• you failed to read the offer details, Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, or checkout disclosures before purchasing;
• you expected that no further charges would apply after the initial purchase;
• you believed that the subscription would not automatically renew;
• you believed that the subscription would terminate automatically without cancellation;
• you failed to cancel before the end of the applicable trial period or before the next renewal charge;
• your request relates to a renewal payment rather than the initial purchase.

Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to follow the refund procedure, refuses to comply with Customer Support instructions, or does not read the applicable Terms, checkout disclosures, or legal policies before purchasing a subscription that does not meet their needs.

Refunds will also not be provided for subscriptions purchased by mistake, based on incorrect assumptions, or if the customer simply changes their mind for non-technical reasons.

Financial reasons for a refund are not accepted merely because the customer misunderstood, overlooked, or failed to review the subscription, trial, renewal, billing, or cancellation terms disclosed at checkout and in the applicable legal policies.

If the customer does not meet the above refund conditions, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

No refunds, credits, partial reimbursements, or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, unused content, lack of results, cancellation during an active trial period or billing period, or any unused portion of a subscription term, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EU/UK Notice

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have certain mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and digital services and acknowledge that, once performance has begun and access has been granted, your statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms or the Money-Back Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including rights that may apply where digital content or digital services are defective, not as described, or not provided in conformity with applicable law.

Complaints and Disputes

All complaints and disputes regarding the subscription will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

THEASTROLOGIST reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time.

Customers may be informed of significant changes by email, an in-platform notification, updated website notice, or another appropriate communication method.

Continued use of THEASTROLOGIST after changes become effective will be considered acceptance of the updated Subscription Terms.
